PollEverywhere

    Uses for PollEverywhere:

PollEverywhere can be used in the classroom for semester start-up, or any time to:

  • Ask about student expectations
  • Let students suggest some of the rules
  • Ice breakers
  • Student questions
  • Student feedback
  • In-person follow-up to online discussion
  • Quick assessment

    Need resources to get started?

New PollEverywhere features since our last presentation:

  • Clickable image polls (see sample)
  • New ways to display open-ended responses:

  • And in the works… PollEverywhere is currently developing “Discourse Polls,” where each audience member can submit a free text response, which can then be upvoted or downvoted by fellow audience members (Currently available through Labs).
