Major bummer: Lively is dead!!

This is one of the biggest pitfalls with getting too attached to a Web 2.0 tool -- some of them don't last very long. Lively was around for 8 months.

I looked into another Virtual World though, called MetaLife, which I have high hopes for. Allegedly it will be a virtual world for the masses -- easy to get into, set up, and use. Fingers crossed folks; I'll keep you updated!

It's another virtual world ... Google's version, this time: Lively!

It's free, the stuff (clothes, furnishings, accessories, etc.) is also free, as is creating a meeting place (or places).
